Welcome to my blog about being a beauty/massage therapist on board a cruise ship. On this blog I will be explaining my experiences and tips from applying and working with the company Steiner/The Onboard Spa. I have applied, had my interview and completed training and I am currently at home waiting to board my ship (very exciting).
I thought before I leave I would share my best tips and create a kind of guide for others who wish to work with the company and how to be best prepared. Everything is from my own experience and my own opinion so don't quote me on anything as things may have changed since I applied.
I really wished there was something like this for me when I started to apply for this amazing opportunity as if I had the knowledge I know now I would be better prepared and I would have packed a lighter suitcase (I'm a huge over-packer).
Just a few pictures to start my blog off from my training and the amazing girls I met. (I'm the blonde one that sometimes has glasses and sometimes doesn't). Overall I had an amazing time at Steiner and cannot wait to start my journey.
